Personal Concierge MD was an amazing experience. I’ve never had a doctor personally call me to introduce themselves and answer any questions before actually scheduling an appointment. You can tell Dr. Hayes truly cares about his patients and gives you personalized care. It was easy to make an appointment (didn’t have to wait weeks). Appointment wasn’t rushed-he spent ample time doing a full history and understanding any health concerns. As someone who goes to the doctor a lot this was the most thorough visit I’ve ever had. Would highly recommend!

I changed my primary to Dr. Hayes recently. I love the flexibility and the attention he was able to provide me. He has a great process to make sure my physical was thorough, but also took the time to answer my questions. I had great dialogue with him and he provided great advice for my concerns. His patient portal also convenient to view my test results and communicate with him. Highly recommend.

Dr Jason Hayes continues to provide personalized care. His ability to adequately leverage online portals, text notifications, and video and web information to supplement your appointments is also helpful. I find checking in online much easier than filling out paper forms in the lobby. Being able to always look up the comprehensive medical file from any way (including referrals) is also very helpful. It’s a “concierge” relationship.

Personal Concierge MD takes time to listen, understand and educate you on your specific health care concerns. In addition, you are encouraged to take an active role in your health care management. You are guided through any agreed upon course of treatment. Test and or procedures that may be required for your care are coordinated and monitored.
